About the Collaboration

Complex — because surviving trauma fragments you. It scrambles your sense of time, hijacks your nervous system, and rewires your identity in ways you’re still trying to decode. Nothing about it is simple.

Honest — because we’re done hiding, minimizing, or cleaning up the truth just to be palatable. This drop doesn’t pretty up the process. It tells it straight — raw, real, and survivor-spoken.

As the founder of Healing and C-PTSD, she has created a community that offers raw, honest storytelling and resources to support trauma survivors. Her mission is to provide a space where individuals can find validation, understanding, and tools for their healing journey.​

Rachel Samani is the founder of The Honest Jeweler and a member of the Healing and C-PTSD community. After leaving a 15-year teaching career due to Lyme disease, she turned to jewelry-making as a path to healing. Her pieces offer intentional reminders of strength, self-worth, and emotional truth—designed to bring comfort, connection, and empowerment.
